You are not alone
Self Love Revival is a transformational program to support women who are in the process of healing and rebuilding from narcissistic abuse. In this program women who are suffering from depression, lack of self-esteem, thoughts of self-harm, weight-fluctuation, and psychological manipulation will be able to overcome trauma they have experienced and cultivate an honest embodied sense of self-love and worthiness to live an empowered life. Healing lives here, your transformation is possible.

You will learn how to shake off the dead weight of your past and access the unending reservoir of love within you.
In Self-Love Revival you will be guided through a 5 step process of healing and personal development…
-
Validation - Confirmation of your experience as real
-
Education - Understanding behavior patterns
-
Nervous system regulation - re building your behavior patterns
-
Emotional Transformation- embodied movement to let go, & heal
-
Rebuild-action planning, self-intimacy exploration, post trauma growth
Your body is the key to your healing. In Self-Love Revival we use introspective movement systems & practices in each of the 5 steps so that you can release stored wounds and integrate the healing at a deep cellular & emotional level. You will be given access to nervous system regulation techniques for immediate relief. You will be guided through movement explorations that release past and generational traumas that will bring greater states of self-confidence, worthiness, & emotional clarity. Now is the time to transform from feeling anxious & constantly trying to navigate life in a stressed state to being grounded and living from a from your authentic & fully embodied place.
Experiencing narcissistic abuse can deeply affect your nervous system...
Narcissistic abuse can lead to heightened states of stress, trauma responses, depression, confusion, brain fog, emotional drain and numbness, suicidal thoughts, and overall loss of self. This kind of abuse often involves manipulation, control, triangulation, lying, betrayal, threats, denial, lack of empathy, silent treatments, substance abuse, gaslighting, psychological and emotional harm, which can leave you feeling anxious, hyper-vigilant, or emotionally numb over time negatively affecting your relationship with yourself and others.
This is why regulating your nervous system is crucial in healing from this type of trauma. Understanding your nervous system & learning how to identify & manage your triggers is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself to move forward into a life filled with the passion for life and loving relationships you deserve.
🌺 Why Somatic Embodied Movement?
Trauma isn’t only stored in the mind—it lives in the body. Experiences of stress, abuse, and emotional wounds often leave behind physical imprints: tension, disconnection, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode. Traditional “talk-based” healing doesn’t always reach these deeper layers and close the stress cycle.
That’s why Self Love Revival uses somatic embodied movement—to reconnect women with their bodies as a source of safety, wisdom, and self-love.
🌸 How We Use It in the Program
-
Gentle Movement Practices: Guided somatic exercises help clients release stored tension and notice how emotions show up in the body.
-
Breath + Movement Integration: Simple breath work paired with movement regulates the nervous system and restores calm.
-
Embodiment Rituals: Practices like grounding, flow-based dance, or heart-opening postures help clients embody feelings of joy, freedom, and worthiness.
-
Awareness Through Motion: Clients learn to listen to their body’s signals—whether it’s stress, contraction, or ease—so they can respond with compassion instead of judgment.
-
Creative Expression: Movement becomes a way to reclaim identity, express emotions safely, and rewrite the body’s story.
🌿 Why It Works in Healing Trauma & Building Self-Love
-
Releases Trauma from the Nervous System
Trauma gets “stuck” in the body as fight, flight, or freeze patterns. Movement helps complete those survival responses, freeing the body from old patterns. -
Restores Safety in the Body
Many survivors feel disconnected or even unsafe in their own skin. Gentle somatic movement helps rebuild trust in the body as a safe place to live. -
Strengthens Mind-Body Connection
Healing isn’t just mental—it’s about reconnecting with the whole self. Movement bridges the gap between thoughts, emotions, and body awareness. -
Encourages Emotional Expression Without Words
Some emotions are too deep for language, and some traumas may have occurred before language development. Movement gives clients a way to process and express feelings that talking alone can’t access. -
Embodies Radical Self-Love
Instead of only thinking self-love, clients practice feeling it—through open posture, grounded presence, flowing movement, and reclaiming joy in their bodies.
✨ In Self Love Revival, movement isn’t about performance or “working out.” It’s about coming home to the body, releasing the past, and embodying the freedom, love, and wholeness that has always been within.

How Self love revival is more effective than other programs
🌺 Why Choose Self Love Revival?
Not all self-love or coaching programs are created equal. Many offer temporary motivation or surface-level fixes. Self Love Revival is different—it’s a trauma-informed, somatic-based journey designed for women ready to truly heal, reclaim confidence, and embody radical self-love.
Here’s how we compare:
✨ Most Programs
-
Focus mainly on mindset and positive thinking
-
Overlook the body and how trauma is stored in the nervous system
-
Push clients to “get over it” quickly, often re-triggering trauma
-
Provide lots of information but little true transformation
-
Treat self-love as self-improvement, leaving women feeling they’re still not enough
-
Offer either group or individual coaching, but rarely both
-
Are led by coaches with training, but not always with lived experience
🌺 Self Love Revival
-
Body + Mind Integration: Uses somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation to release trauma at the root level, not just the surface.
-
Trauma-Informed Approach: Creates a safe, compassionate space with choice, pacing, and nervous system regulation.
-
Multi-Layered Tools: Combines movement, introspection, journaling, and embodied practices for whole-person healing.
-
Radical Self-Love: Focuses on remembering your worth—not “fixing” you. You are already whole.
-
Community + Personal Support: Offers both group coaching for connection & 1:1 sessions for personalized breakthroughs.
-
Led by Experience & Expertise: Created by Georgia, a certified trauma-informed somatic coach who has walked through childhood trauma & a 15-year marriage of narcissistic abuse—& emerged empowered.
-
Embodiment Over Information: Teaches practices you live & breathe daily, creating lasting transformation instead of short-term motivation.
🌟 Self Love Revival isn’t just a program—it’s a movement of women reclaiming their bodies, rewriting their stories, & rising into wholeness with radical self-love. 🌟
I know what it's like...

........to be in a relationship with someone who is supposed to love you but they are hurting you. When someone promises to love and protect but they battle and destroy. I have experienced financial, emotional, & physical abuse, gaslighting, manipulation, emotional withdrawal, deep attachment wounds, and stored childhood trauma coupled with dissociation, people-pleasing and codependency. None of this is illegal, and currently there is no protection for women against this type of silent abuse that leaves no physical mark as proof. I believe it is my purpose and passion to help women begin this journey of reclamation and self love.
I know what it is like to walk through life in the shadows, wandering through confusion, isolation, feeling stuck like there is no safe way out. There is hope, & a destination of healing & true love. While I'm still on my journey, I am living proof that post traumatic growth is possible and it is my passion to help in getting you on your path to your full true loving secure self.
You are not alone and you do not have to navigate this by yourself. I am here for you, its not your fault, you may be afraid but that doesn't mean you should deny yourself a chance to live a happy, safe, wonder filled life.
The hard, barren state of a woman in an abusive relationship with a narcissist can feel like being trapped in a desolate emotional wasteland. This is a space where love, self-worth, and connection seem to have dried up, leaving behind a sense of isolation, confusion, and hopelessness. I am here to tell you, your past is not your life sentence, your true destination still exists & it's never too late to start.
3 Reasons why you shouldn't do it alone
Recovering from narcissistic abuse alone can be overwhelming and counterproductive for several reasons. Here are three key reasons why seeking support is crucial:

1. Emotional Blind Spots and Trauma Bonding
Narcissistic abuse often involves cycles of manipulation, gaslighting, and intermittent reinforcement, actually creating a deep chemical, physical, and emotional trauma bond. These bonds make it hard for a woman to see the situation objectively or recognize the extent of the abuse. Without outside support, she might minimize the abuse, blame herself, or struggle to break free emotionally, prolonging the healing process.

2. Lack of Tools to Process Complex Emotions
Narcissistic abuse leaves a deep emotional imprint, often resulting in feelings of shame, guilt, anger, and confusion. These emotions can be difficult to process alone, leading to emotional overwhelm or even re traumatization. Self love revival can provide the tools and safe space needed to navigate these feelings and build healthier coping mechanisms in community.

3. Isolation Reinforces the Abuser’s Narrative
Abusers often isolate their victims, making them feel alone and unsupported. Trying to recover in isolation can reinforce the abuser’s messaging that no one else cares or understands. Seeking connection with others who’ve experienced similar abuse, can validate your experience knowing you are not alone, your are not crazy or too much, with an empathetic professional, helping counteract that narrative, rebuild self-esteem, and create a supportive community.

Recovery is not a path meant to be walked alone. Support is essential for building clarity, strength, and lasting healing.
