With years of instruction and performance experience in several genres of dance, Georgia offers Ballet, Belly dance, Samba, and dance fitness classes with a teaching style that is well structured, exciting and fun.  From ages pre-school to professional Georgia can meet the needs of most dancers with respect, integrity, passion and dedication!  Join the fun and come find yourself in dance!

Class descriptions

Belly Dance- Join us for an exciting class of Middle Eastern Belly Dance!  Enjoy Near East rhythms while we learn to hip drop, undulate and shimmy with a dance that is full of dynamic history and rich In culture.  We offer a variety of classes that include skill work with zills, veil, cane, and sword. Each class contains a full body warm up, technique, and dance combos. This is an all levels class.  Wear yoga style pants and comfortable top.  Bring a hip scarf and finger cymbals, or we have some to purchase and/ or borrow.  Bare feet or dance shoes. 

 

Children / Teen Belly Dance- Experience a journey into the Middle East through dance!  A fun filled class of Basic Egyptian, Tunisian twists, and shimmies specifically designed for the young dancer.  Each class contains a full body warm up, technique, and dance combos.  This is an all levels class.  Wear yoga style pants and comfortable top.  Bring a hip scarf and finger cymbals, or we have some to purchase and/ or borrow.  Bare feet or dance shoes. 

Shimmy LIIT!- All my favorite belly dance and fitness moves to create a delicious and fire burning  low impact interval workout.  Wear yoga style pants and comfortable top you can move in with your favorite shimmy hip scarf.  Bare feet or dance shoes.

 

Samba dance party!  Get ready to sweat with this high energy dance class! Move your hips and feet to a heart lifting blend of movements of Samba Rio de Janiero style and movements inspired by a variety of African dances!  Each class contains a full body warm up, technique, and dance combos.  This is an all levels class. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and dance or gym shoes. 

 

Cardio Dance fitness- Where all my favorite dance and fitness move come together for a high energy & good vibes  dance workout!  Enjoy Hip hop, Jazz, Samba, and Belly dance with my Fitness training background to get fit & have fun!  Wear comfortable clothes you can move in with dance or gym shoes.
